We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in electric vehicles, particularly in battery systems and vehicle diagnostics. The role involves providing technical support to field teams, resolving complex issues, and ensuring high uptime of EV systems. Break stuff. Break assumptions. Break the thumb rule.
What you'll do
- From uptime and field response to team leadership and relationship management, you will play a critical role in the team
- Provide remote and on-field technical support for Electric vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to: Battery packs (Li-ion), Powertrain
- Analyze failure data and provide root source analysis (RSA)
- Coordinate with OEMs, field service teams, and customers for issue resolution
