What you'll do
- Own end-to-end quality for powertrain integration across battery, motor, controller, and supporting systems
- Lead DFMEA and PFMEA for integration-level builds
- Define end-of-line and process checkpoints for integration testing
- Performance & Failure Analysis
- Analyze product performance (range, drivability, reliability) and lead RCA on performance issues
