About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of our next‑generation cloud‑native networking, security and AI platforms. This role will own the delivery of Kubernetes network Controller, product licensing workflows and AI-native software development to run across hybrid multi-cloud / on‑prem Kubernetes environments and public cloud platforms.
What you'll do
- Support, mentor, and coach as well as provide professional development for your team. Collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality software to meet customer needs
- Advise on the architecture, code patterns, testing, and continuous integration details
- Take ownership of customer issues with timely fixes and provide proper RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to the wider group
- Collaborate with leaders in engineering and product management on roadmap, strategy, coordinating dependencies
- Perform continuous team member evaluations to enable frequent feedback
