About the role
We are seeking a Platform Engineer to modernize and automate our virtual machine and core infrastructure services that form the backbone of our data center and hybrid-cloud environments.
What you'll do
- Support hypervisor operations across a global datacenter footprint and provide VM management services, such as patching, backups
- Create and manage reusable Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks to ensure consistent, repeatable, and version-controlled deployments of all core services
- Apply GitOps principles for managing all infrastructure and service configurations, using pull requests for changes and enabling automated reconciliation
- Lead the architecture, automation, and operational management of core infrastructure services, including enterprise DNS, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and NTP
- Design, build, and maintain a centralized log aggregation to feed observability platform for infrastructure and applications
