About the role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Site Reliability Engineer (SRE II) to join our team. The role will support mission-critical customer-facing platforms, including cloud-native applications and services running on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS infrastructure , production operations, reliability engineering, automation, monitoring, and incident management.
What you'll do
- Manage and support production services hosted on AWS
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Improve platform reliability, availability, performance, and scalability
- Support production deployments, release activities, and hyper-care events
- Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
