About the role
The Team Lead - Billing is responsible for leading the end-to-end billing function and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoice generation across service, pass-through, investigator float, milestone, and project-related billing activities.
What you'll do
- Lead and oversee end-to-end customer billing activities across multiple business units and regions
- Ensure invoices are generated accurately and issued within contractual timelines
- Review billing events and supporting documentation prior to invoice release
- Ensure compliance with customer contracts, company policies, and financial controls
- Monitor invoice processing queues and ensure timely completion
