About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist Collections / Cash Application with 3 to 5 years of experience to support collection activities, cash application, account reconciliation, and customer relationship management.
What you'll do
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices, secure timely payments and meet collections targets
- Perform daily cash application and allocation activities
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate unapplied cash or short payments
- Prepare AR aging reports and collection status updates
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Project Managers, Billing Teams, and Finance
