About the role
Accounts Receivable Specialist - Billing is responsible for managing day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including but not limited to customer invoicing, collections, cash application, account reconciliations, dispute resolution, and financial reporting.
What you'll do
- Customer Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and within agreed timelines
- Validate supporting documentation before invoice generation
- Review billing events and customer contracts to ensure invoice accuracy
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice-related discrepancies
