The HR Specialist, HR Operations & Technology, plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, HR technology enablement, workforce analytics, data governance, and continuous improvement across the People function.
What you'll do
- Lead and continuously improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
- Drive process standardisation, simplification, and operational efficiency across regions
- Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, and data quality to ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Support compliance, governance, and audit requirements across HR operations
