About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in India. This individual will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across the clinical research organization (CRO) environment.
What you'll do
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent market dynamics
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates for clinical research and corporate roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions across Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data Management, Medical Affairs
