About the role
The Learning & Development Specialist partners with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and design, develop, implement and evaluate effective learning solutions. The role manages the end-to-end learning development lifecycle, translating complex technical content into engaging and accessible learning experiences.
What you'll do
- Learning needs analysis and consultation
- Partner with key stakeholders to clarify learning requests and identify the underlying performance or capability need
- Conduct learning needs analyses using stakeholder consultation, performance data, learner feedback and available business information
- Determine whether learning is the appropriate intervention and recommend alternative performance-support solutions where required
- Define target audiences, learning objectives, success measures and evaluation approaches
