About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Banking Executive to handle day-to-day banking activities, bank reconciliations, and recording of bank transactions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate banking records and ensuring timely completion of banking-related tasks.
What you'll do
- Perform daily bank reconciliation by matching bank statements with accounting system records
- Record bank transactions, including receipts, payments, and bank charges, in the accounting system
- Monitor daily bank balances and maintain banking records
- Identify and report discrepancies between bank statements and book balances
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve unreconciled transactions
