About the role
Perform outbound calls to insurance payers to follow up on outstanding claims. Work assigned AR inventory and prioritize accounts based on aging and client guidelines. Analyze claim status and resolve routine denials, underpayments, and rejections. Initiate claim corrections, re-submissions, reconsiderations, or appeals as required.
