About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive responsible for managing purchase invoices, ensuring accurate booking, and maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
What you'll do
- Verify, book, and process all purchase invoices in the accounting system
- Ensure invoices are matched with purchase orders and supporting documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payable transactions
- Handle vendor queries related to invoices and payments
- Assist in payment processing and scheduling
