This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to client guidelines, payer policies, and compliance standards.
What you'll do
- AR Follow-Up & Account Resolution
- Perform outbound calls to insurance payers to follow up on outstanding claims
- Work assigned AR inventory and prioritize accounts based on aging and client guidelines
- Analyze claim status and resolve routine denials, underpayments, and rejections
- Ensure timely resolution to prevent timely filing issues and revenue loss
