About the role
Reporting to the HOD of the department, you'll be pivotal in maintaining the functionality and reliability of critical software systems, ensuring seamless user experiences.
What you'll do
- Provide first and second-level technical support to internal teams and end-users via phone, email, or ticketing systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, servers, and network devices
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
