About the role
We are seeking a proactive and efficiency-focused IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end users across the organization. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, and delivering high-quality user support.
What you'll do
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and IT equipment
- Support user account management, password resets, and access permissions
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant technical teams or vendors when required
