- AR Follow-Up & Collections
- Perform outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve outstanding AR
- Work on complex, aged, and high-dollar accounts
- Handle denials, appeals, underpayments, and reprocessing requests
- Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation of account actions
