About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Telecaller Intern to join our Community Building and Customer Care team at FirstClub. In this role, you will engage directly with our customers — listening to their experiences, responding to their queries, and helping nurture a strong and loyal FirstClub community.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to check in, gather feedback, and strengthen community engagement
- Actively listen to customer concerns and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression
- Build and maintain warm, ongoing relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and trust
- Log all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system
- Follow up on previous customer conversations in a timely and consistent manner
