Financial Planning – Client Support (Senior)

About the role

As a Client Support Associate, you will provide administrative and client support within the Financial Planning Team. By ensuring the seamless handling of client information, regulatory compliance, and effective workflow management, the role contributes to delivering exceptional client service and supporting the team's objectives of winning new work and maintaining client relationships.

What you'll do

• Responsible for setting up new prospects and new opportunities on our Client Relationship Management system
• Ensure client records are maintained and information is accurately recorded on Intelliflo Office
• Conduct pre-engagement checks to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Ensure client documents are held in accordance with internal standards so they can be accessed in an efficient manner
• Adhere to the processes in place to allow for accurate monitoring and tracking of all new and ongoing work
