About the role
The Workday FINS Core Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, control and continuous improvement of Workday Core Financials.
What you'll do
- Core Financials Support and Configuration
- Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Workday Core Financials processes and workflows
- Configure and maintain relevant Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, approval routing, notifications, worktags and accounting-related configuration
- Support journal imports, journal approvals processes, and journal-related reporting
- Support banking and settlement-related touchpoints where these interact with Core Financials, including bank account configuration, settlement event accounting
