About the role
The Workday PSA Technical Consultant is responsible for providing specialist technical and functional support for Workday Professional Services Automation, with a focus on project time, project costing, billing, revenue-related processes, order-to-cash activity and the wider finance controls that depend on PSA data and configuration.
What you'll do
- Workday PSA Support and Configuration
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday PSA processes, including project time, project costing, project billing, revenue-related processes
- Investigate, triage and resolve PSA incidents, service requests and defects in line with agreed service levels, governance standards and business priorities
- Support PSA configuration changes, ensuring requirements are understood, impact assessed, documented, tested and approved through the appropriate change route
- Maintain strong knowledge of PSA dependencies across Core Financials, projects, customers, billing, accounting, reporting, integrations and security
