Senior Engineering Manager - Billing Platform

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Engineering, you will lead engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native core platform systems - such as billing, monetization, metering, or high-throughput distributed services—that power Freshworks' global SaaS suite. You will own the technical strategy, operational excellence, and delivery roadmap while partnering closely with Product, Finance, and GTM leaders to align platform capabilities with overarching business strategy.
