About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Support Analyst/Engineer with hands-on experience in HPE NonStop environments and banking/payment-related applications. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in products such as XPNET, ICE-XS, GoldenGate, and Prognosis , along with strong production support and troubleshooting capabilities.
What you'll do
- Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications hosted on HPE NonStop and related platforms
- Support and troubleshoot applications/products such as XPNET, ICE-XS, GoldenGate, and Prognosis
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues
- Analyze application logs, system logs, traces, alerts, and performance statistics
- Work closely with application, database, network, infrastructure, and client teams for issue resolution
