What you'll do
- Manage standard learner and stakeholder queries within defined SLAs and communication protocols
- Track assigned requests, update operational trackers, and provide clear status updates to requestors and team leads
- Conduct self-quality checks to reduce errors and rework
- Identify recurring transactional issues and highlight trends to senior team members
- Support SOP, FAQ, and checklist updates based on approved process changes
