About the role
Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Oracle HRIS Lead Solution Specialist to join our India GCOE team. Reporting to the Global HRIS Leader (US), this role will be responsible for implementing/managing Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance for India GCOE Team.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with India HR/Payroll teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
- Partner with onsite HRIS team to design scalable and compliant Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Participate in configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements
- Support change management and training efforts during rollout phases
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment
