About the role
We are seeking a Process Mining Consultant with 10+ years of total experience including 2-3 years of experience reading, interpreting, and translating process mining insights into decisions that process efficiency and/or effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Business Partnership & Process Discovery
- Partner with process owners and SMEs to scope use cases, define KPIs, and co create current-state process maps
- Interpret exception patterns, rework loops, and conformance gaps. Turn findings into clear visuals and actionable business narratives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to share findings and build pipeline of improvement opportunities
