What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end commercialization and ensure launches are delivered on time and aligned with brand strategy, positioning, pricing, and customer requirements
- Develop and manage project plans, critical paths, milestones, stage gates, status reviews, budgets, documentation, and governance requirements across Run, Improve
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks while managing multiple initiatives and maintaining clear stakeholder visibility
- Coordinate R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain inputs; build alignment, accountability, and execution quality across functions
- Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other Supply Chain pillars to ensure readiness across raw materials, capacity, production scheduling
