About the role
This senior Individual Contributor (IC) role sits within the Box Tops for Education (BTFE) engineering team, responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend services and APIs that power the BTFE platform.
What you'll do
- Technical Execution & Delivery
- Owning end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex BTFE platform modules and features, following Agile/Scrum delivery practices
- Applying coding, testing, and design standards for .NET Core, API, and microservices development to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Providing hands-on production support, including monitoring and troubleshooting of Tidal-scheduled batch jobs, incident response
- Actively participating in sprint planning, requirement gathering, scope definition, and technical planning alongside the Delivery Manager and team
