About the role
You’ll lead the design and delivery of product information solutions that help General Mills teams keep product content accurate and ready for business use and retail channels. You’ll partner with global business and technology teams to solve complex problems, improve digital commerce, and responsibly apply emerging AI capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, configuration, and improvement of STIBO STEP product information capabilities, including data models, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces
- Build and support reliable integrations that move product information between STIBO STEP, enterprise systems, and retailer channels
- Define and deliver the strategy for applying large language models (LLMs) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to STIBO STEP and product-data workflows
- Prioritize valuable AI use cases, establish secure data access and governance, evaluate solution quality, and guide pilots into scalable production use
- Improve product-data accuracy, completeness, and usability through validation, governance, automation, and digital-content capabilities
