Regularly reach out to all contacts in Account to keep mindshare Effectively increase revenue from existing clients Leverage existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account Determine & document project scope with Customers 5-10 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management
What you'll do
- Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposals
- Follow up on converting and extending quotations
- Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly)
- Establish long-term support contracts
- Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management
