About the role
Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads.
What you'll do
- Lead a global team of Policy Implementation and Communications specialists, defining, aligning and tracking progress on team strategy and OKRs
- Architect and deliver scalable, next-generation Trust and Safety strategies for Ads and Shopping policy implementation and communications across multiple business areas
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives by advancing key relationships with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Customer Support, Legal
