Workplace Programs Manager

About the role

This role focuses on delivering seamless event operations with strong technical expertise in audiovisual (AV) systems, stage lighting, event power setup, and hybrid event technologies. You will be passionate about creating memorable experiences, managing complex technical logistics, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

What you'll do

• Set the operational vision and technical standards for event execution across India, establishing long-term roadmaps for AV infrastructure, hybrid platforms
• Provide technical leadership to production crews, AV engineers, lighting designers, and sound engineers, ensuring flawless execution of high-stakes events and broadcasts
• Oversee end-to-end event logistics, power distribution management, stage design, and venue technical readiness across multi-city office spaces in India
• Establish clear SLAs and performance metrics for external AV providers, staging crews, event technology platforms, and equipment rental partners
