What you'll do
- Experienced in carrying out and managing valuations for different purposes (M&A transactions, financial reporting, disputes, fundraisings , deal structuring etc.)
- Responsible for leading and managing a high-achieving collaborative team, performing market analysis and researching transactions, industries and financial information
- Planning for engagements including key issues, methodology and budget as well as the ability to work effectively in teams to tight deadlines where required
- Preparing or participating in preparing and reviewing complex financial models
- Sharing experience and knowledge, and developing other team members through the deal process
