About the role
As the Assistant Manager - Partnerships & Fundraising , you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our portfolio of high-impact financial partnerships. You will support fundraising strategy, manage donor relationships, and ensure high-quality proposal development and reporting.
What you'll do
- Support fundraising strategy, manage donor relationships, and ensure high-quality proposal development and reporting
- Support the implementation of the fundraising strategy across corporate, philanthropic, and institutional donors
- Identify and pursue new domestic and international funding opportunities
- Monitor donor portals, track relevant grant opportunities, and contribute to pipeline development
- Support proactive partnership cultivation, outreach planning, partner mapping, and strategic follow-ups
