The Associate Director Fundraising & Partnerships will play a critical role in advancing the mission of the by leading and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives. What you'll do

• Understand the needs of org's programs and organizational goals to design and execute an effective and diversified fundraising strategy
• Stay updated on donor trends, philanthropic opportunities, and best practices in fundraising
• Lead the implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy through partnerships with CSR initiatives, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)
• Work closely with program teams to develop compelling concept notes and proposals tailored to various categories of funders
• Represent org at forums, events, and meetings to establish and strengthen partnerships with donors and stakeholders
