About the role

The Regional Manager – LME is the architect of that shift for their region. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, systems, and people, this role translates the national LME vision into a regional operating model while building the capability of the state LME team.

What you'll do

• Regional Strategy & Systems Leadership
• Define the region's LME roadmap, aligning learning agendas, evaluation priorities, and reflection cycles across states while preserving space for local realities
• Establish where standardization matters (core indicators, data quality, ethics) versus where local adaptation should lead (delivery context, stakeholder relationships
• Apply systems thinking to program design—using regional data patterns to inform the "why" behind outcomes and feeding insights back into program/policy design
• Champion adaptive management across the region, enabling teams to course-correct based on live data
