About the role

Organisation work in vocational education is evolving. Alongside our existing focus on secondary and senior secondary grades, we are now beginning an exploratory collaboration with state governments to work with students in Grades 6–8. This work aims to meaningfully integrate government-mandated vocational education with org's Mindsets and Competency Framework.

What you'll do

• Develop vocational education content for Grades 6–8, in alignment with existing guidelines and frameworks
• Translate given objectives, mandates, and pedagogical directions into clear, structured, and age-appropriate learning content
• Ensure coherence, progression, and quality across lessons, units, and modules
• Follow established processes, templates, and review cycles to ensure consistency and quality of content
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and field pilots to refine and improve content
