About the role
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Manager – Fundraising to play a pivotal role across all stages of our fundraising cycle. In this position, you will build a robust funding pipeline to ensure the organization's long-term financial sustainability. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead prospect research, craft compelling proposals, drive outreach, and manage high-value funder relationships.
What you'll do
- End-to-End Fundraising Execution: Conduct thorough research on funding opportunities, draft persuasive proposals, and drive persistent outreach and follow-up activities
- Funder Reporting & Deliverables: Collaborate with program and finance teams to create quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports, utilization certificates
- Build a robust funding pipeline to ensure the organization's long-term financial sustainability
