People Experience & Change Specialist (Associate Project Manager)

The HR PMO is a critical capability within this team.

What you'll do

• Support the delivery of People Solutions transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and in budget
• Translate project objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones and outcomes, ensuring customer experience and adoption considerations are embedded from the outset
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and governance documentation to provide clear visibility of progress, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate project activities across People Solutions, Digital & Technology, Global Process Owners, HR CoEs and regional HR teams
• Produce status reports, dashboards and governance materials that support informed decision-making and leadership oversight
