Analyst (Non-Voice)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities for indirect materials and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong procurement knowledge, ERP system expertise, and effective supplier relationship management skills.

What you'll do

• Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for completeness, approvals, and compliance before converting them into Purchase Orders (POs)
• Ensure timely PO creation to support operational requirements and avoid delays in procurement activities
• Supplier Communication & Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and suppliers for procurement-related activities
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, order status, delivery commitments, and issue resolutions
