About the role
Experienced Team Lead - General Accounting & Record to Report (R2R) to lead and manage a team responsible for end-to-end accounting activities, month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong US GAAP accounting knowledge , leadership skills, and experience managing global accounting operations in a shared services or captive environment
What you'll do
- Accounting & R2R Operations
- Lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
- Review and approve journal entries, accruals, prepaids, intercompany transactions, and reclassifications
- Ensure completion of balance sheet reconciliations and timely resolution of reconciling items
