- Support User Access Management (UAM) operations and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics
- Handle incident and service requests for all P1, P2, and P3 issues related to User Access Management
- Perform troubleshooting and analysis of application errors and implement effective resolutions
- Monitor and manage Access Reconciliation functions, ensuring timely execution and addressing failures
