SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Performance Management Goal Management (PMGM) Lead Consultant We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC & PMGM Lead Consultant to drive solution design, implementation, enhancements, and support initiatives across global HR landscapes.
What you'll do
- Lead design and configuration of Employee Central solutions
- Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows
- Manage organizational structure, position management, event reasons, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support global template design and localization requirements
- Lead data migration, validation, and deployment activities
