About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Lead Technical Specialist with 10+ years of Java full stack development experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications. The role combines Java 8/17, Spring Boot microservices, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, and Angular (2+) expertise with technical leadership, AI-assisted development, and Agile delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end feature delivery, from technical design and estimation through development, testing, release, and support
- Design and develop backend microservices using Java 8/17 and Spring Boot, with persistence implemented through Hibernate and Spring Data JPA
- Build and maintain Angular (2+) applications and contribute to migration of legacy AngularJS functionality
- Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and conduct design and code reviews to maintain secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions
- Use GitHub Copilot or Claude for AI-assisted development, validating generated code through reviews and testing
