About the role
Assume overall on-site responsibility for ensuring that commissioning, startup and initial operations advisory services are fully executed. Review supplied equipment against the Schedule A Package, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, standard specifications and drawings; identify discrepancies and advise on corrective actions that protect startup readiness and unit performance.
What you'll do
- Review supplied equipment against the Schedule A Package, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, standard specifications and drawings
- Advise on heater and reactor circuit dryout and on catalyst and/or adsorbent loading activities
- Review and evaluate the startup schedule and recommend improvements to sequencing, readiness and execution
- Provide operating instructions and technical direction to customer operations and engineering personnel for startup, normal operation
- Advise customer engineers and operators during feed introduction, stabilization and the achievement of on-specification products
