About the role
The role requires strong technical knowledge of Sundyne products, with hands-on support for installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, controls, instrumentation, PLCs, and rotating equipment. Domestic and international travel of 50% or more is required. The compensation structure includes base salary plus overtime up to a defined level.
What you'll do
- Travel to customer sites to support the installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting
- Supervise customer craft personnel during on-site work to ensure activities are completed safely, accurately, and to the required technical standards
- Prepare thorough field reports and ensure customer and OEM documentation is completed accurately and on time, including time sheets and travel and expense reports
- Communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with customer personnel, channel partners, and internal Sundyne teams at all levels
- Provide technical expertise on centrifugal pumps, centrifugal compressors, controls, instrumentation, and complex rotating-equipment failure modes, including mechanical
