About the role
As a Sr. Process Engineer at Honeywell, you will lead the deployment of a world-class operating system across our global PT-Sundyne manufacturing network. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, manufacturing standardization, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance across multiple sites.
What you'll do
- Lead the deployment of a world-class operating system across our global PT-Sundyne manufacturing network
- Responsible for driving operational excellence, manufacturing standardization, productivity improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety
- Serve as a key change agent, partnering with site leadership teams to identify and eliminate waste, optimize value streams, strengthen management systems
- Help build a culture of accountability, problem solving, and continuous improvement across Sundyne operations
- Report directly to the Senior Director, ISC Operations and may be based in Arvada, Colorado or Pune, India , operating on a hybrid work schedule
