What you'll do
- Lead engineering investigations for complex production issues and customer escalations
- Perform root cause analysis across distributed cloud-native services and identify software defects
- Collaborate with Software Engineering to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve product quality
- Analyze logs, telemetry, packet captures, metrics, and traces to diagnose system behavior
- Drive improvements in observability, diagnostics, automation, and troubleshooting tools
