About the role
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Commis III – Pastry/Bakery to support the pastry and bakery team in preparing high-quality desserts, pastries, baked products, and other items according to established recipes and standards.
What you'll do
- Assist the Pastry Chef and senior pastry team in daily production
- Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to recipes
- Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, creams, fillings, and other bakery products
- Support basic pastry preparation such as mixing, whipping, piping, moulding, decorating, and baking
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portion size
